Processing and tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Overseas parcels are shipped through YunExpress and its delivery partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days for Asia and 5–15 business days for the United States and Europe, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Delivery times for other destinations vary by route and customs clearance.

Available shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout.

The following destinations currently have a flat shipping charge per order. Adding more items to the same order does not increase this charge.

Brazil: CNY 100
Chile: CNY 60
New Zealand: CNY 65
Indonesia: CNY 50
Malaysia: CNY 35
Philippines: CNY 35
Vietnam: CNY 45

These amounts use Chinese yuan (CNY) as the reference. Checkout displays the amount in the applicable local currency; conversion and rounding may affect the displayed amount. Rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Dog beds

Dog beds are delivered only within mainland China. They are displayed for reference in other markets, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, and cannot be delivered there.
